How do I make a return?

To return your jewellery, please contact us here. Our customer service will then help provide a replacement or refund.

Please note that if you return your item without our request, we will not be responsible for any loss or additional costs resulting from your unapproved return.

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange your order.

Please note that all the products must be returned in their original condition with all original packaging.

Can I cancel my order?

All shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

If you wish to cancel your order, let us know as soon as possible by contacting us and we'll do as much as we can.

What materials do you use?

Our jewellery pieces are delicately handcrafted with gold-fill, sterling silver, stainless steel and gold-plating, combining rich, warm tones with an effortless shine.

Where is my refund?

We aim to process your refund within 3-5 working days from the date of receiving returned products. You will be notified via e-mail once we proceed with the refund.
